Our famous Fouquet’s is constantly evolving to face up to the issues of the day. Given the Hotel’s strong focus on nutrition & wellbeing, backed by Head Chef Jean-Yves Leuranguer (Best craftsman of France) we decided to add a gluten-free menu to our main menu, to delight an increasing number of gluten-intolerant guests with delicious gourmet dishes at the restaurant.
Gluten intolerance – sensitivity to the protein in wheat – is everywhere! And appears to be spreading, affecting over 500,000 people already in France, and two thirds of this figure are women. To avoid this becoming a curb from going out and enjoying new dishes, the Hôtel Fouquet’s Barrière now offers a 100% gluten-free menu.
