From the 1st to the 30th of October 2014, talented candidates have posted their best dessert recipe on the Barrière Hotels & Casinos Fan Page on Facebook.

 

"Tropical Carousel" by Coralie Batista is the winning dessert selected by our expert jury composed of Marianne James and Luana Belmondo, our "guest stars", the 2013 winner and our restaurants' Chefs.
 

 




Taste a delicious and sunny composition, with notes of passion fruit, coconut and mango, with a crisp white chocolate crown and twisted by a whipped ginger.
 
This dessert will be on the Lucien Barrière Hotels & Casinos restaurant menu during winter 2014 and at the Fouquet's in Paris by Christmas and for one year.
 
Congratulations to Coralie Batista our winner! She can recover from her emotions during a romantic and gourmet weekend at the Barrière hotel of her choice.
