Fouquet's in Cannes is a traditional brasserie and the ideal setting for eating at any time of the day, and for savouring authentic cuisine.


The Fouquet's Cannes menu, created in collaboration with Pierre Gagnaire, is inventive with a twist, composed of the essentials of French brasserie cooking. It includes, for example, the legendary Merlan Colbert, or indeed the beef tenderloin centre cut with black peppercorns flambéed in Cognac before customers, with a Champs-Elysées sauce. For dessert, the rum baba or the vanilla millefeuille with seasonal fruits finishes off the meal.


The menu and flavours are faithful to the legendary Champs-Elysées brasserie's principles, and reputation—carefully selected products and a respect for the culinary tradition—and Chef Pierre Gagnaire's unique creative touch.
